Time and Space Asset is a collaboration between architectural, financial and investment professionals. It is led by Ratiwat and Prang Suwannatrai, two award-winning architects with many international awards, and the owners of the well-known architectural firm OpenBox. ECG Venture Capital, a private equity investment specialist with a real estate investment base and top investment capital in Thailand, led by Ornsasipachr Siriwonporn, is another founder.  As is Piyaphol Vudhivorn, the country’s leading financier for many Thai financial business groups and startups. Natapohn Tameeruks, a famous artist and actress with an honors degree in architecture is the final partner. They all teamed up to form Time and Space Asset, positioning it as a lifestyle brand that would create unlimited projects with a unique business model.

The origin of the name Time and Space Asset arises from the crystallization of the idea that a good space creates a good quality of life which leads to good times and good relationships. “It is centered on three key elements: time, space, and relationships.
